Barbara Potts MSN, APRN PMHNP-BC
Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Barbara is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who provides compassionate, personalized care for individuals seeking support with anxiety, depression, mood changes, and life’s challenges. She values listening well and partnering with clients to support meaningful progress.
Through thoughtful evaluation, medication management, and supportive conversation, Barbara helps individuals find balance, clarity, and confidence in their mental and emotional well-being. She believes meaningful care is tailored to the unique goals and needs of each person.
Outside of work, you can find Barbara reading a book or spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Jonathan Richardson OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Jonathan is a licensed occupational therapist who helps children and adults build and maintain independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in daily life. He works with individuals and families to address challenges related to self-care, routines, functional mobility, and meaningful participation in activities at home and in the community.
He partners with IHS to provide flexible, home-based care focused on practical training, education, and encouragement to support meaningful growth and independence.
Outside of work, you can find Jonathan exploring the world with his fiancée, Kayley.

Blaine Potts PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Blaine is a licensed physical therapist who helps people participate in the activities they love—right where life happens. He does this by creating personalized therapy plans that center on what matters most to each client and family. He is LSVT BIG® certified and enjoys working with individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and other neurologic conditions. He’s passionate about making care accessible and is committed to serving with clarity, compassion, and excellence.
Outside of work, you can find Blaine and his family playing outside or exploring national parks.

Deidre Maxwell, SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Deidre is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a heart for creating relationships that support children, adults, and families in achieving their communication goals. Having worked with individuals across the life span, she seeks to understand the needs of the individual and their support system to create a personalized collaborative therapy plan.
In her free time, Deidre enjoys being with her family & pets, exploring outdoors and traveling.
